Returns

You can return your SkiWheely order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@skiwheely.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we’ll take care of it for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@skiwheely.com. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
